im 26 weeks and i think my mucus plug is on my toilet paper when i wipe.. is that normal?

Your mucus plug will usually be a big glob of what looks like snot, sometimes with blood. mine didn't have any blood. But when you're early on it can regenerate itself, and in your case will probably because you're early on right now.
