Ahh homemade Zuppa Toscana. Just in time for the Eagles game.. Now hopefully they won't play like a bunch of high schoolers !! Lol. Happy Sunday everyone :)

it looks yummy. I would have to not use any meats in it. I'm vegitarian. lol.

Your basic soup base, I buy organic chicken broth(I have wanted to make my own but it hasn't happened lol), onion, celery, then sausage (I use reg Italian and spicey), potatoes, kale and then cream. I didn't today but usually brown up bacon and too it with crunchy bacon and parm cheese. Yum!
