drink lots of water and eat bananas. its from dehydration and low potassium. (from what I've heard) but yes, they hurt like a B....!

I always get them during the night they get some much worser that i get bruises on my legs i cant even sleep at night sometimes . ugh ! 😢
I read that drinking water and stretching your legs a lot helps too
Eat bananas for potassium it will help also mustard or even pickle juice
They get real bad sometimes what do you do to make them go away?!
