Some go off of 27 weeks, some go off of 28 weeks. Even some doctors use different weeks.

@mamalamadingdong, even that says I'm in my Third. I'm pretty sure I am. because it's a 13 week base thing and I have 13 weeks left.

np and I agree. I went off of 27 weeks because it was closer, but my doctor said 28. I'm using 28 this time just because. I have 2 of those trimester charts up there on my phone, one says 27 one says 28. 😂 so confusing.

I counted 27 weeks as the start of my third. And honestly, when you think about it- it doesn't even really matter lol. It's only a week of you being unsure! With my first pregnancy, I thought there was like a definitive rule for everything. How to count the weeks, which trimester, when my due date was, etc. However, with this pregnancy, I see how bendable all these rules are because in the big scheme, none of it matters... for example, I was told my due date is on the 9th of November based on an ultrasound. I know when I conceived and I would be due the 7th, so that's when I count my due date. It's only a matter of two days, so it really doesn't matter to anyone but me lol. I don't know if I'm explaining myself well, but all I'm saying is that if you want this to be your third trimester, then it's your third trimester. Who cares what your doc says lol.
