It's probably just dermatitis. A good eczema oatmeal lotion may help calm it.

I have something similar. Dr said its just hormones. Mine doesn't itch and it's not dry. It also hasn't spread thank god

No! Lol it's like super dry skin I've had it for a couple weeks I've put my location on it and nothing's helping!!
