Anyone used the evening Primrose oil? or the capsules?

I'm thinking about trying it too! I have an appointment tomorrow so I'm going to ask my doctor but so far I've seen nothing negative about it whatsoever

Yes! It seems perfectly natural. I believe I will be starting it tonight. Wish I would have started a week or two ago but oh well.
