I get ultrasounds weekly to measure him because I'm a pre diabetic but I think they usually only check if the baby is positioned right.

@ngujen, sometimes the do but they don't tell you. I had to ask the ultrasound guy how big baby was. What they mesure is the space around the baby the fluid his breathing heart rate and mesure their head and I think legs and arms and torso. I ask him after every ultrasound appointment he's used to it now he just tells me. Last time we checked my chunka was at 7lbs 15 oz already! At 36 I think I was only like 6 lbs 3 oz but my baby is long and chunky. Ask your OB maybe he wrote it in your chart just didn't tell you.

@ngujen, wow idk then I would ask I heard some doctors will literally just feel around your stomach and are spot on with mrsurements.
