why is my back hurting so bad!? can that mean contractions!? they feel painful and a weak feeling 😷😔

I had back labor and it was really intense. It felt like someone was stomping on my back. It could be the start of contractions, time them to be safe! :)

could be back labor but I heard it hurts like hell if it's back labor or could be baby on your back just chilling there lol that shit sucks and hurts a bit too
