Anyone gotten the flu💉shot yet got mine a day or so ago and soo glad it's over w lol 👏😁👏

I got mine two days ago

Mine was on Thursday I believe arm is still tender @vinnysmomma

I'm so scared to get mine. I haven't had one in over 10 years and no flu yet. I worry that if I get it I'll end up with the flu.

@mommacee2be I think u would do great, the shot they give pregnant women is totally different then when not (dead virus.. Not alive) and so u wouldn't get sick.. I was always told if you are already about to be sick w the flu the shot only brings it out because the virus is already in you that's why some people think the shot gives them the flu.. U would be glad you got it, it protects baby after birth I believe up to 6m afterwards

@mommacee2be, I haven't gotten mine in that long, if not longer, and I was so worried about the same thing. But so far so good (: @blessedw7 my arm is still a tiny bit sore too ):

@mommacee2be, it's good you're prepared, she caught me so off guard and was expecting an answer right then so I barely had time to think and Idk if I'm okay with my decision yet /:

@vinnysmomma u made the right decision hun no worries, I've had the flu 💉 shot last 2 pregnancies around 23wks and glad I did.. I was in labor and delivery (getting checked for cramping all was well) but I was fixing to be discharged and the nurse said.. Would u like a flu shot while you're here? So I was like welp mys well I'm here lol 😁

Thanks momma. I just wanted to do an all natural pregnancy, and am originally against vaccines in the first place (personal choice) but I see validity on both sides of the argument. And I think maternal instinct kicked in.

I got mine, actually I had to get it twice! The first time it ran all down my arm so he gave me another to make sure some got in there, lol. Didn't hurt until afterwards!

@vinnysmomma we don't do vaccines for the kids we don't believe in doing that buuut baby born in winter and my church ⛪ is usually sick half the winter I'd rather be safe then sorry @lovebuggg2016 o man!! I'd be scared to death lol 😁

It really didn't hurt and I don't like shots. The needles is the pre made ones, which is what they give the pregnant women because they are the ones without preservatives or maybe it's with I don't remember, but the needles are so much sharper i did even know the needle was in my arm until the liquid ran down it lol
