I gave up smoking cigarettes ain't had one since Feb. 25th and now I can't even stand to be around cigarettes I gag and start coughing when I get to close to my husband smoking and it gives me migraines

Alcohol...that was hard too. Not so much the craving or the feeling but the taste. A nice IPA or a tasty margarita...or sipping on some whiskey. And all the social gatherings that come along with alcohol...football, parties, cocktails after work.
