3rd day with baby an breast feeding it's so difficult an my boobs are engourd an he won't latch... Ughhh what do I do..

express some out with your hand or a pump. if they are too full the baby will have a hard time latching because they are too firm

i know when my milk first came in I had more than I knew what to do with. try expressing more than you usually do to soften them up some more, and try that. if that doesn't work, maybe try a different position. both my babies didn't latch well with the football hold, but if i lay down on my side on the bed and tucked them towards me, they latched great.

@rlcorreia123, my one boob is like a water ballon witch is good pretty sure an this other one is so hard an huge ugh trying pump it out an it's like not going down wtf

sometimes if they are that engorged a really hot shower helps leak some out, just make sure to put immediately after the hower, because the heat from the shower also makes the milk let down

trust me, the most frustrating part is getting started. once you have it down, you will be a pro
