Had one miscarriage but wondering Does being AB negative blood type affect chances of pregnancy?

Hhhhmm.. but did they give you a shot afterwards to prevent any miscarriage? ? Cuz i went to the hospital 1 month ago cuz i was having pains and they drew some blood out and told me im negative @eva0718 thats when they gave me a shot so now my OB doesn't have to give me that shot

Yes the hospital actually did give me that shot I was sad because I am slowly loosing hope but I know I shouldn't @melox_90
