They never called me with my results they told me at my next appointment, which was 2 weeks, I think. So not sure if it took 2 weeks or what but at least around that.
I was negative, but I had to take iron pills because something else was low. And honestly, I lied because I threw up after but never told the lady, because it would have voided the test and I would have to redo it. But if I don't eat anything I throw up anyways and I had to fast after midnight.
If its positive they usually call you right away. They called me the next morning so I could go in and take my 3 hour. My 3 hour was negative and they didn't call for til like 2 or 3 days later

A day but your doctor could take a week to call you back
