It happens when I get in crowded areas and since I go to school, I ride the bus and it really gets bad when I'm on the bus .. 😖 @mj3

Yeah I know, I hate going out anymore bc my anxiety gets so bad when I go out. /: but I heard it gets better after the baby is here, I can't wait, I'm so done with having anxiety attacks. 😔
