Up all night with a nagging pain in my left hip going down my leg. No matter how I lay down pain just doesn't go away. I am thinking it's my sciatica nerve.

Story of my life!!! That achy pain plus a rolie polie inside me all night is so bittersweet!
So I woke up today to a HUGE pain in my lower back but only on my left side that was accompanied by a pain of period cramps. I've never had a pain that bad.. I sat up and laid down and it wouldn't go away. Could I be going into labor?
My due date is tomorrow and I'm feeling her super low and in pain down there. No contractions but pain and a lot of pressure, should i go to hospital?
I guess everyone is different with different pain tolerance because my recovery for my c section was a breeze I never filled the medications they gave me and was walking down to the NICU to see my son the next day
Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
