My son twitches in his sleep.... Is that normal?

my baby did the same. I read something about REM sleep. I guess they constantly go through dreams and what not

They have swaddle things that are Velcro! They're awesome that's what I used.

I suck at swaddling 😭😂 I can't ever get it tight enough.. @valerie_jean

If it wakes him up each time he twitches then I'd suggest swaddling. But if not don't do it! Lol swaddling is a hard thing to break. My son was swaddled until he was 6 months old. He now sleeps Unswaddled AND in his crib! Lol

@valerie_jean, awe.. so it's cause he's not swaddled so he's okay cool

My son did when he was a newborn for a while, especially if he wasn't swaddled. His arms did that relfex (which is normal) and it would wake him up.
