I don't think I'm picky. All I said was I should at least give some feedback on the shower. However 4 years ago I planned a shower and from that day fwd I told myself I will plan my own... So she considers that being picky @ejmommie I'm VERY different from my friends. So whatever I do it's weird or dumb to them.

My friends and family are the same way... to them everything I want for my baby is #White smh, especially my mother n law. She thinks I should get EVERYTHING from the dollar store and call it a day.... mind you this is my 1st baby.

what theme did you want? I know I'm picky and my sister and best friend already accepted that fact so I set up a pintrest board full of the ideas I like and told them they could figure it out from there as long as they stick to the stuff in the board I know it will turn out like I want :)

This is your baby. I actually think it's rude for other people to pressure you with dumb opinions and go cheap. You deserve it to be special! And if they think it's too white then too bad. It's not their baby.

At first it was a lumberjack theme I found on Pinterest cuz I was going to name my boy ( if I am having a boy) jaxon. And just name it " lumber JAZXON" of course that got shot down. THEN I found out my parents don't want to kno they rather a surprise so again if it was a boy I change it to a kid friendly fishing theme ( my dad is a HUGE fisherman). That was another theme from Pinterest. Now I'm like whatever I rather spend money on the things I want. I'm not telling anybody the theme nor my child's name cuz that was an issue too @kermi86

@mom2016, sorry ppl are being shitty to you...they suck. I personally love both themes and just attended a first birthday party for a friends son and it was lumber jack theme so cute! I'm not telling name picks this time either bc I did with my first and of course everyone and their momma has an opinion and tries to make you change your mind or feel bad about it when its your kid. my daughter's name is Ava Marie and no I didn't know there was a song called ava Maria....I just liked the name. my nephews name is jaxson so I'm pretty partial to that one too 💕
