what do you ladies do for headaches? I've already taken tylenol, had some coffee, and am currently drinking water. what should I do?? I'm like miserable and I don't want to take more Tylenol. I feel like I take too much.

@angulo6, hm my doctor told me tylenol was fine and to just relax. :/ I'll ask about the magnesium at my next appt.
@kaygrig, if I wake up with a headache I take it like 15 to 30 minutes later once I've had breakfast. don't wanna take it with nothing in my stomach. I've had 6 cups of water today and I'm trying to drink this blue gatorade.
I have them all the time and was taking Tylenol every 6 hours for weeks and I asked my doctor can I start taking 4 and she flipped when she found out I had been taking so much and told me to stop taking it completely and said stay hydrated and stop stressing... Yeah that doesn't help! My husband threw all the Tylenol away but going to bed and waking up with the same migraine for three days at a time is just plain torture... I'm going to try the Gatorade too... I hope that works!
If you can. Lay still in a dark room. That helps me. It doesn't take it go away but it calms your nerves.
What ever kind you like. I like the white and blue. I don't remember the flavors lol. Feel better.

I have migraines too :( told my Dr she said NOT to take Tylenol... instead she suggested MAGNESIUM 200mg at bed time
How long do you want until you take the Tylenol? Got to take it as soon as the symptoms start. And yes Gatorade works and lots of water
Drink lots of Gatorade.. It's a home remedy and always works for me since I can't take meds because of pregnancy.. Hope it works for you.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
What exactly do I do to take the glucose test? do I take the drink with me and drink it after I check in w the blood ?

@rhonda.otero, I'm trying real hard to not take so much Tylenol. I know doctor says it's fine but if I could I take 3 at a time like I used to. I would say I'm pretty hydrated, not sure about the stress part...I live my life pretty stressed unfortunately.
