There was an update recently. Please check if you got it. Did this just happen today? What type of android phone is it?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it? You then sign in with your username and password.

Its Android version 4.3 I really don't know what model. By Samsung I uninstalled and reinstalled.... its still not working. My last update was a few weeks ago when it added the time stamp for android users. @preggie_usa
