Its Android version 4.3 I really don't know what model. By Samsung I uninstalled and reinstalled.... its still not working. My last update was a few weeks ago when it added the time stamp for android users. @preggie_usa

Have you tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it? You then sign in with your username and password.
