Are there any single mums/mums to be here? My little girl is 6 months and think soon I will be a single mum.. I love her dad to pieces but some things just don't work out I guess. Is it hard on your own? Hopefully things can work out but I'm so scared of doing this all on my own 😕

IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
Welp if it makes y’all feel better , I was hoping my own baby didn’t come out ugly because my baby daddy be looking ugly to me sometimes .
I bit the bulletin and bought a few bikini tops. I haven’t worn a bikini top since before having kids but I’m doing it this year. I’ve been working so hard on myself with working out and eating better. I’m also just feeling more comfortable in my own skin. I have some saggy skin and stretch marks but ya know what I’ve seen worse at the beach haha. I’m proud of myself for this!! I’m owning my belly this summer!!! F it ya know?
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Paid parental leave vs bonus
Hi mums iv tried to work out the calculator on the web site I don't understand it just wanted to know if there is much difference to ppl or baby bonus I'm pretty sure I'm ok to apply as I have done more than 330hrs in last 13months but how do I no how much difference it is and do they take tax out for it how much tax is taken sorry I'm going to be a ftm and single as ex walked out at the Start so just trying to work out my bills if anyone can help would be great
my daughters were one and three wen me and their dad split and becos he couldn't have me he rejected his daughters so hasn't seen them for the past 7-8yrs. After our split I was able to relax and become a happier and more confident person and started to really enjoy my kids without the stress of a relationship. I met my new partner 4 &1\2 years ago and him and his two daughters came to live with us and I love our extended family. I does make me realise how foolish I was to stay with my ex as long as I did thinkin I was doing it for the kids. They came on so much more without him in the picture and loved seeing their mam happy for once. Me and my OH are expecting the fifth child between us and our first together....the six of us couldn't be happier. I'm not saying its been effortless and struggle free but with gud support and strong will anything is possible xx
