Anybody tried raspberry leaf tea? How did it work for you? Drinking some now will be for couple weeks to help things move along and ease the labor..

Well I had to get induced at 40 w 4 days, but labor was easy. 11 hrs and 11 minutes for pushing

the tea just helps the cervix not actually help labor start unfortunately lol my daughter didn't wanna come and I couldn't wait any longer. and I completely regret getting induced... it made my contractions sooo painful

Ether way need some sort of benefit but scared of ether induction or c section. Had no signs she will be here soon no braxton hicks no dropping nothing . Everything is getting harder for me :/ @brightsunsett

The tea strengthens your uterus to be able to withstand contractions and labor. It does not necessarily help with effacement or dilation. The uterus is a muscle just like any other muscle in your body which needs strength to be able to fulfill its job, which is to be able to allow contractions to get stronger without them fading away and stopping labor.

@peanut0915, thanks it is nice to know. Gonna drink it for that benefit to ease the contractions when it happens and it's totally delicious

My midwife instructed me that 2-4 8oz cups are safe and enough.
