my bf works at walmart.. is there such thing as like paternal leave? lol. He really wants to stay home atleast a week after the baby is born but he's already used all his sick days.

I do believe so. I think he can take up to 2 weeks

Maternity leave.... I'm sure they do he probably have to look into it. Hopefully they do will be helpful.

They are required to give him some paternity leave, it may only be 40 hours worth but have him contact HR!

I believe it depends on how long he has been there. But he should be able to speak to someone about it

okay! I didn't wanna be like go ask if you get maternity leave and send him in looking like a fool :P lol but it would be nice to have him here to help especially the first few days. @kansasstategirl @chantebrandon @mrsg25 @ftmbabyboy11

just remember that if he says FMLA it is typically unpaid leave...just have to see what HR says
