Make like a smoothy or shake and take it. I had a problem when i just drank water when taking it. Also male sure you have something to eat after. The taste can sometimes be a bother.

Oh yes that happened to me but I didn't pay for it I just bought regular over the counter prenatal the pharmacist said it has the same ingredients and not to waste my money
