So my doctor scheduled my main mid ultra sound for 16 weeks, when I had my son it was about a month later then that. I'm afraid they won't be able to see the gender since it's still so early it seems. Has anyone else been told the gender at 16weeks through an ultra sound? Were they correct or did it change later when the baby got bigger?

Both my babies I found out at 16 weeks and they were correct. It's usually pretty easy to tell but it just depends on baby. Drink lots of water before you go in that'll help some. My dr wouldn't do mine until 20 weeks and I didn't want to wait that long so I went to a place and paid $ to find out lol. But it's a boy and there's no denying it lol
You could be fine but sometimes the baby is stubborn mine was so now I won't know till I'm 19-20 weeks
My doctor waits till exactly 20 weeks!!! Just found out I'm having a son 2 weeks ago! You ladies are lucky . Lol . With my daughter I found out earlier however due to my falling on my stomach after an accident, so they did a ultrasound and that's how I found out....
