Such a weird night! I usually already suffer from anxiety but these pregnancy hormones have definitely made them worse.. Woke up and exactly 3:27 AM with tachycardia and I couldn't feel myself breathe.. So scary!!

I suffer from anxiety and have tachycardia as well, it's been rough this pregnancy that's for sure! Hope u feel better!

Not that I know of, I know my mother gets them, but I've been to a heart doctor and all they've detected so far is low blood pressure and tachycardia but the tachycardia gets so bad my heart gets to beating up to 170bpm and it's painful bc of the lack of the ability to breathe comfortably through it and the anxiety pain in my chest as well

Oh wow, yeah I've been to a cardiologist as well and they didn't detect anything.. They said I'm great and healthy just bad anxiety :/ I hate it @babymckynlee

My anxiety is through the roof these days! I can't stand it bc I always feel so guilty bc I'm pregnant and feel as though my baby suffers bc I'm suffering and I can absolutely tell the difference in my baby when I'm stressed out and it breaks my heart
