they say the eyes tell all..while he's sleeping I'm sitting here worried about my baby and what to do...walk to the park sleep in a shelter, lay beside him, act OK or just call up mom and give her satisfaction of calling what was going to happen? once a fuck up always a fuck up...at least that's how I feel....

I wouldn't concern yourself with whatever "satisfaction" your mom may seem to feel. You and your baby's safety is the priority. Be safe and happy. And prove your mom wrong another way at another time.
