Quick question: So I'm 24 weeks. I've had two ultrasounds done. One at 10 weeks to confirm and my anatomy scan at 19 weeks... we didn't find out gender 😩
How many should I get? Just the two? Or will I get another closer to the end of this pregnancy?
Also, how much did you pay for a 3D ultrasound, was it worth it?
I wanna know the gender! 🎀 or 🏈
EDIT: Also when do they do the glucose testing for gestational diabetes?

i got an ultrasound at 6 wks in the ER..i had bad cramping and got scared of another miscarriage then one again at 11 weeks at a clinic to confirm pregnancy..then paid $50 for the 3D/4D at a specialty place to find out the sex...then at my doc got my anatomy scan at 20 weeks...paid for another 3D/4D at 32 weeks to see her face and im having a growth scan this week (36 weeks) at my doc because she was measuring so far ahead at the 3D scan at 32 weeks. and i got my glucose test at 28 weeks. wasn't bad at all 😊

@pregimama, holy crap. They're only $35 for a 3D as long as I can prove I already had an anatomy scan.
@mommychina, My OB isn't my favorite person. He thinks to many ultrasounds are unnecessary so he won't redo one for gender. 😔
the place my bf and i went to it was $150 for a 3d, but we decided to only get 2d so it was $99
@mystic-gray dang ! your obgyn doesn't offer that ? & didn't offer another gender check from the last time the baby wouldn't cooperate ?
@mommychina, the baby wouldn't cooperate at the anatomy scan, which is why we don't know so I'm tempted to just pay for a 3D ultrasound.
wow! you should know gender by now @mystic-gray I'll be 14 weeks at my appt when my doctor checks gender on September 23 .

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
