do you have to loose your mucus plug so you could go in labot or it can happen without you losing the mucus plug Is that I see so many mommas losing it and im ab to be 37 weeks and still nothing ! every time I wipe and see it clean I get so upset bc I feel like shes not coming any time soon !
Can you dilate any but not lose your mucus plug? Or would your mucus plug be something that is EXTREMELY noticeable to where it can’t be missed? I don’t remember even seeing mine with my daughter. I was induced.
OT. can you lose your water... before you lose you mucus plug? or maybe just not notice that u lost your plug? I was in the shower and felt like I was peeing myself like 3 times. so I just stood there after I finished showering and got some toilet paper, next time it happened I caught some on the tp and looked at it and sniffed it (super gross I kno) and it didn't have a smell... but I don't think I've lost my mucus plug.. is this possible?
Mucus plug So I started losing bits of my mucus plug & I know it's normal and can regenerate. The nurse told me it can happen and I still go to 41 weeks (I hope not). But I'm just curious what anyone else's experience with losing it early was in the past, did you still carry until a full 40 weeks? Or did you go a bit early?

jaja mine its not but I guess its fine just 4 more weeks I just see all this moms having their baby's at 36,37,38 weeks and im here like "she really doesnt wanna come out" but its fine she'll come when shes ready lol but fingers crossed it'll be soon ! and good luck hope u have ur baby healthy and soon @mommy3

@nety, That's all I want too and so far I'm still not dilating but my intuition/anxiety is telling me that my baby is coming soon.

I know I cant wait hope on my appoinment Thursday she tells me something lol I just want to hear I that I have dialated or something even tho im too early but thats all I want !! @mommy3

Your welcome girl. @nety but yeah, I never "lost" mine, I had a slight discharge but when I asked my OB if that's what it was she said no it was just normal discharge to keep my vajayjay healthy and clean hahaha

some people dont lose it and unfortunately losing it doesn't mean labor is close. I lost mine 4 times the first time at 36 weeks and I had my son on my due date

I didnt lose mine and ended up being induced 2 days after my due date, it never came out after being induced either. So it's a possibility you won't lose it at all. Everyone is different

Lol I feel the same way! I check every time I wipe and there's been absolutely nothing.
