I've been thinkin about havin the early gender scan when I get to tha stage and havin the 4d aswell wud anybody who's had it done think the 4d is worth it at tha stage as my friend had 1 at her early gender scan and thort it was a bit rubbish because of it bein early

I had a 4d gender Scan at 16 weeks. it was OK but wasn't very detailed. the gender bit was perfect but I didn't have any 4d images. I'm definitely going back in a few weeks to have another 4d scan between 24-34 weeks to get a more detailed image. I'm 24 weeks now I'm waiting till I'm about 30ish weeks. x

I'm the same I saw the 4d version at my gender scan at 16 weeks again wasn't very detailed but I'm thinking about going back later in my pregnancy for the 4d. But my cousin said she didn't go back of how detailed her normal 2d scans where when she went to have them at the hospital. It's really personal preference x

@ashleigh91, i had an early gender scan which gave me a free sneek peek in 4d. the scanning in mothercare stores offer the free 4d peeks
