Someone message me fir breastfeeding and pumping advice. Feeding was going great until I started to pump . I'm afraid I messed up my milk supply process. Need help !
If you have any more advice about it let me know please
That's fine but you don't need to pump so much. Wait till your supply is regulated you dont want to introduce a bottle yet anyways could cause nipple confusion. Wait the 6 weeks regulate your supply out for what baby needs and then pump once a day 30-45 minutes after the first feeding.
No work stay at home momma. I wanted my husband to feed the baby while I got some sleep. Now in thinking I'll wait
Don't pump that much you'll create an over supply or take away from baby by not having enough for the next feeding. Unless you want a stash for going back to work you don't need to pump until after 6 weeks when you've regulated your supply. Pump 30 minutes after the first morning feeding and at night. If you're going back to work there's no reason for a stash as long as you pump the amount per day as baby eats that's fine. Just have the amount you need for the next day.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Feel free to message me anytime
