in your sine they make u sit up lean over the pillow and they put it in your back and u get this gray thing with it and u press down on it when u get a contraction and it takes all the pain away well it did me and letting u know don't flinch when they start too put it in cause if u do flinch while they putting it in they can hit a nerve and paraliz you
I had an epidural with my 4th. I never had an issue. It was a much better delivery experience. I was able to actually enjoy the moment. Not sure what I will do this time around.
