Already mommies what age did you start disciplining your kids? and what did you do to discipline…

I started with the basics. When my son started to get into stuff, I would lightly pop their hand and tell them no. That was BY 1 year old.

I started with the basics as well once they knew the meaning of NO mine too got popped in the hand & if they threw a fit they'd lay on the floor till they were done & they still didn't get what ever it was that they threw a fit over ( usually something they knew they weren't supposed to have)

When she started walking and getting into things, it started out as us telling her no after after we had told her no three times we would sit her in time out, she generally behaves and listens the first time, but there were times she would be in time out a couple times, when she hit one, we started with spankings (not hard, just a swat on the butt) and then in time out. Now it just when we tel her no and she throws a fit we tell her to go sit in time out and she can get up when she's done crying and apologizes for not listing to mommy and daddy, she's three now and is very polite. I couldn't be any more proud of my baby girl.

once my baby started crawling, and he'd be where he's not suppose too. we move him n say no. he does it again. we lightly pop his hand. n now he understand no. he stops when we say no. no tantrums. 6Months. I got a good baby :)
