How do babies in the womb come about having low amniotic fluid? Is it from the mother not drinking enough water or what? I was told I was dehydrated at the hospital the other day. I have such a hard time drinking water. I'm just not sure what to do.

No, I haven't tried that. The only kind of water I like is ice mountain and it is always in the bottle. :/ @ngujen

pour it into a cup and try those things to drink more water :)

Try drinking it with a straw. Once I started using a large cup/bottle (32 oz) with a straw I had no trouble staying hydrated.
