has any one got a uti while pregnant and tsaken the medication your dr prescribed you? im scared to take it cause i feel like it might harm my baby??

Yes! I've gotten my first uti ever! My doc prescribed me macrobid! She said its her favorite goto antibiotic to prescribed to pregnant women. She feel it's the safest and has no side effects such as yeast infection. I took it without any issues!

I've gotten yeast infections and taken antibiotics. Doctor said it's perfectly fine and I've had a healthy pregnancy this far

I am on antibiotics right now the doctor isn't gonna give you anything that will harm the baby.
they wouldn't prescribe you anything that would harm your baby. I took it in the beginning and I'm fine.

Take the antibiotics. Please. The risks outweigh the benefits. The infection is worse for you & baby.
