what do contractions feel like?

do they last for a little bit or are they there for a while go away and come back? im not sure how to word that and it make sense.

It often feels like mental cramping and or tightening and releasing of your abdominal area and or back.

@nallelyzavala, that's not how my contractions felt, but I had back labor. My tummy didn't tighten like with Braxtons... There really is no way to describe what I felt!

ive not had braxton hicks either. im just kind of wanting to know what other moms experiences were
