you can have half a glass i think its weekly. around 20 weeks i poured half a glass took legit 5 sips and felt buzzed. Needless to say i wasted the rest lol. but it was worth it, i had a tough day & it surely took the edge off. havent had any since but hey, maybe now i want some lol.
Some doctors say it's okay later in pregnancy and some swear against it because there's no proof of anything... And the best amount of alcohol while pregnant (at least in my opinion) is none. I've went 9 months with no problem and I plan on maybe having one drink with my fiancée after the baby is born probably in between breast feeding. I would ask your doctor...if he/she says yes or no well there's your answer.

Personally, I would never....ever...drink during pregnancy. Just because you might want some, doesn't mean the baby does.
