Idk if I should call my Dr or not but for the last 5 hours iv been feeling like I need to pee so bad and sometimes I pee a lot and sometimes nothing maybe 3 drops I'm having back pain and maybe 2 hours ago I felt a huge kick and had a weird feeling down there an I soaked my underwear and my shorts and I put on a panty liner and I think it's discharge that is coming out but I still feel like I need to pee and nothing comes out, the baby is moving fine I just don't know what's wrong with me?

I see my doctor tomorrow and can't wait. I am in the same situation, especially my lower back, my stomach it all hurts so bad. My woha feels like something is clawing it's way out

Could it be a UTI? That or baby is just doing handstands on your bladder. I went into the hospital the other night because I was worried I was leaking amniotic fluid. Nope, just pee lol. The RN told me pregnant women never fully empty their bladder when they go, so it's common to feel like it's never ending.

I would call... Could be a kidney problem or an infection.

Sounds like a uti to me. Call just to be safe.
