Can't find a comfortable position to lay and sleep anymore sides hurt and everything any advice guys I'm exhausted want sleep but can't help lol if any one knows.....

do you have a blow up inner tube and a bunch of pillows? laying with your belly in the circle part of the tube helps i hear

I have a howl bunch pillows but don't help at all my sides hurt like he'll when I lay down doctor said to lay on back and I just don't know what to do
