it's really hitting me that I lost a baby...i didn't even know I was pregnant. my doctor said I was only around 4-5 weeks and said that I didn't get a positive test cause my body rejected the baby...😭😭 I feel blessed to have my baby girl but god this is killing me

I'm sorry to hear this. I lost my first pregnancy last summer, early on. I remember how hard it was to wrap my head around.
