Any mommas planning hypnobirthing or had a positive hypnobirthing experience?

that's what iv been doin cuz classes were like 300 and even online was 50 or something so I got some books and a CD . I don't feel prepared yet as far as techniques cuz I just started but I believe it works . I'm gunna YouTube it next

@loveless, @livd15 yay! and we're all due around the same time frame too! (well @loveless you're 2 weeks ahead of me) but what are ya'll doing to prepare? it's my 4th baby but 1st hypnobirth plus I'll be a TOLAC. There's no classes here so I've been doing the home study with the boom and Cd's but I'm worried I won't be prepared 😯
