Vitaminen - beter in capsules, die je kan openmaken en bvb met yoghurt mengen. Dan kan je dat zeker binnen houden.

hey, im feeling more better but i still have soms days bad and sick again. i find out that i puke fat so i try to avoid any fat. i lost 6kg. i hoop to get more healty now. how far are you now?
