some hospitals will have lactation consultants on their staff to assist you with breastfeeding and make sure the latch is right and stuff. there are also some who will offer advice and take questions on forums like Facebook and stuff.

Your milk comes in on its own. No need to pump at all. It's usually 3-4 days after delivery. And until then your baby will get colostrum which is enough for them, their stomachs are tiny. Don't even worry about it, your body knows what to do.
