I came to the painful realization today that I've gained an unhealthy amount of weight and I need to do something about it NOW instead of complaining about it later when it gets worse. So I'm making a conscious effort to start working out regularly and eat more vegetables. The first thing being cut from my diet is junk food including sugar. I made a decision nearly 7 years ago to cut meat completely from my diet and I've been successful so I'm really going to try to stick to this new one. I'll be taking it day by day. This means... No sugar in my morning coffee. 😑
