got my milk supply to go up again after i thought i had dried up. dont ever give up, ladies!! If you WANT to breast feed, there is HOPE STILL!!! I had to resort to hand expression because my son lost the desire to suck at 5 months and my pump wasnt strong enough. Hand expression saved the day!! now to get my supply to increase even more! ugh breast feeding is tough for some of us :(

girl it is so much effing work haha i never thought it would require SO MUCH of my time did you know you have to pump or express for at least a full 2 hours every day?!? AT LEAST!! lol and if you wait too long between expressing or pumping your supply will go down so i have to hope im not out running errands all damn day -_- but i gotta do it for my son!!
