There's no limit. Your mucus plug is probably coming out in pieces. Discharge in any amount is perfectly fine and normal.

If its your mucus plug it'll grow back. I lost mine the first time at 36 weeks. You should only be worried if you have discharge with an odor or if you think youre leaking amniotic fluid
