Earlier today I went to eat with my husband and while sitting there I started getting cramps which is normal. Then all the sudden it got really painful and went up my side into my lower back. My stomach was rock hard. It lasted a few minutes then went away.. We just got back from a walk with our dogs and I never had such horrible pain while walking! Like wth lol I had to stop twice because it hurt so bad and my stomach was so hard. I kept rubbing it hoping it would do away but it didn't. I felt like someone was stabbing me over and over. 😩 how can this be normal!? Ugh lol
