anyone who has already had their babies not wait the whole six weeks to have sex? what's it like

just got to go slow....we only waited 3 weeks.

You should wait due to the possibility of creating an internal infection which could cause you to wait even longer then the 6 weeks

haha, well, I didn't wait the full six weeks after having my first son, and ended up pregnant right away. Again. So, I strongly urge you to be careful, use protection, especially if you are/ are going to be breast feeding. Breastfeeding increases your ability to get pregnant, and you're very fertile during those first six weeks. Also, it can be really painful to have sex too soon, so be sure to take it very slow and easy.

Breastfeeding actually decreases your chances of getting pregnant because it can stop your period /ovulation. But be careful either way.

breastfeeding is not 100% protection. wait the 6w so your body can heal. use protection every time.
