@reaganmommy2015 I read that diarrhea is a sign of labor but mine isn't diarrhea its just alot more than normal

That's why she said beginning ^^^ you can still have contractions farther apart and be in labor lol just not close to baby time.

Different for everyone, but .. Contractions are every 3-5 minutes and to be in active labor you have to be 4 cm dilated
