can braxton Hicks contractions happen every 8 mins??? I have stomach tightening and cramping every minutes.

As long as they aren't painful or accompanied by blood, they are typically harmless. It's usually a sign you're not drinking enough to water.

Typically Braxton hicks don't happen in a pattern. They're really irregular so if you're feeling contractions every 8 minutes you may wanna call your doctor or labor and delivery if your office is closed

I was 32 weeks when I went into preterm. I started having Braxton hicks in a pattern but they got painful and turns out I was going into preterm labor. Not saying yours is the same thing I'm just saying it's better to be safe than sorry. Just keep timing them and keep an eye on any signs of preterm labor!!

Also I heard of you walk around with Braxton hicks it should help them go away but if they don't go away it's real?? Just what I heard lol

Also a warm bath can help, that helped me after my preterm labor (they stopped it thankfully) when i would get Braxton hicks also what @mamalamadingdong said, water will really really help! If you try those things and it doesn't stop id definitely call to be safe :) good luck momma!

They say if you are having more than 4 an hour you should empty your bladder drink a couple glasses of water and lay on your side and if they don't stop to contact ur doctor. Walking around is not suggested.

My doctor told me to come in once they're 8 minutes apart.

My doc said anything closer than 15 min to head in to L&D immediately
