@princess_aalaya, hi you can reset your password in the app. Go to your main menu or settings and tap "settings." Then press "edit profile." On that screen you will see "reset password." Tap it to update your password. Then when you go to use your new phone sign in with your username and password. Tag us again if you need more help. Thanks!
